Holistic Nutritionist, CNP
Saralynn Hirsimaki is a Toronto-based Holistic Nutritionist who is on a mission to help you return to whole and simple living. Her philosophy and approach to overall health is to cook and eat real food, reduce your toxicity intake and support your mental wellness to nourish your bodies and minds. She believes the foods and products we consume directly affect not only our physical health, but our mental health as well. It’s about getting back to the basics, slowing down and returning to a more natural state.
It is Saralynn’s own journey through bad lifestyle habits and her experience with anxiety that drives her to encourage others to break free from the cycle and create a life full of vitality and joy. It wasn’t until she moved from Sudbury to Toronto that she began to experience anxiety in all facets of her life. Luckily, through her education at The Institute of Holistic Nutrition and trial and error, she began to see how her choices with food and lifestyle directly affected her mental wellness.
She operates from a place of support and understanding. This is a judgement-free zone. She will meet you where you are on your path and play the role of supporter and wellness partner. It is her mission to help her clients nourish their bodies and minds by changing their habits slowly and consistently.
Working with Saralynn, you will not be put on a fad diet or given a one-size-fits-all protocol. She takes a holistic approach – looking at the individual’s needs in all aspects of their lives, including; dietary choices, medical history, stress levels, supporting relationships, self-perception and more.
If you feel overwhelmed and not sure where to start on your wellness journey, Saralynn is eager to work with you.
